NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019, and entered in 2018 CA 001843 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-OPT2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2 is the Plaintiff and FREDRIC E BOUILLERCE A/K/A FREDRIC BOUILLERCE; LISA A BOUILLERCE A/K/A LISA BOUILLERCE; and CIT LOAN CORPORATION F/K/A THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 14, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
