NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 03, 2019, and entered in 2017 CA 002223 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK N.A AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL J. FARRELL, III; LAURA A. FARRELL; EASTLAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 14, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
