NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Re-Establishing Lost Loan Documents dated November 20, 2020, and Order Granting Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale Set for January 4, 2021 and to Rescheduled Foreclosure Sale dated December 15, 2020, both entered in Case No. 20-CA-000100, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. ATHENE ANNUITY & LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY is Plaintiff and GREGORY ST FLEUR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY ST FLEUR, FABIENNE MALBRANCHE A/K/A FABIENNE ST FLEUR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FABIENNE MALBRANCHE A/K/A FABIENNE ST FLEUR, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., PREFERRED CREDIT, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A JEREMIAH CADET,, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 8, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 39, UNIT 4, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
