NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 83, CURLEW LANDINGS, UNIT 2, according to the plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, recorded in Plat Book 103, Pages 78-80, said lands situate, and being in Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2383 Hanover Drive, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 22, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
