NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered December 8, 2020, Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered September 14, 2020, Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered June 25, 2020 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 19-7603-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and KEVIN WELLS A/K/A KEVIN S. WELLS, LEROY GOFFER, CRYSTAL M. BANKS, YAMISHA WELLS, TRI-EXCELLENCE, INC D/B/A BANNING LUMBER & MILLWORK, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 14, 2021 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 27, MINNESOTA COURT REVISED, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 44, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
