You are hereby noticed and commanded to be and appear before the Honorable Christopher LaBruzzo, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Pinellas County Justice Center, 14250 49th Street North, Courtroom 14, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, 33762, on February 17, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.
FAILURE TO PERSONALLY APPEAR AT THIS ADVISORY HEARING CONSTITUTES CONSENT TO THE TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS OF THIS CHILD.
