NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-012244 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF11 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and ALEKSANDR ALEKSEYEV; BETRON BUILDERS, INC.; THE PRESERVE AT TEMPLE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A SULAYMANIYAH PULUSU, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of January, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 613, THE PRESERVE AT TEMPLE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16546, AT PAGE 1686, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
