CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 904, THE COURAGEOUS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 97 TO 114, INCL., AMENDED AS SHOWN BY CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 104; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5021, PAGE 1659 AND AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5130, PAGE 632, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28059 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 301, Clearwater, Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
