in 19-CA-011605 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-C, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-C is the Plaintiff and HELEN D. CUYLER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE W. CUYLER A/K/A GEORGE WESLEY CUYLER, DECEASED; SETTLERS POINTE ASSOCIATION, INC.; HELEN D. CUYLER; WESLEY CUYLER JR are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 20, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
