NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure, entered January 22, 2021, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit No. Q-11 of St. Andrews Cove I Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4493, Page 1882, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Page 83, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on January 22, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
