YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Property Under Section 65.081, Florida Statutes has been filed against you. The action involves real property in Pinellas County, Florida (the “Property”), more particularly described as:
Lot 18, Block F, Perry's Skyview First Addition, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 26, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3654 27th Avenue, St. Petersburg, FL 33711
The action was instituted in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, and is styled Protected Property, LLC v. The Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, and All Others Who May Claim An Interest In The Estate of Eugene Simmons, Deceased.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michele Diglio-Benkiran, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address C/O Legal Counsel, P.A., is 13330 West Colonial Drive, Unit 110, Winter Garden, Florida 34787, on or before January 22nd, 2021, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
