NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 3, 2020 in Civil Case No. 52-2020-CA-001011 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY DBA CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR NYMT LOAN TRUST I is Plaintiff and JUDITH M. NOLL A/K/A JUDITH NOLL, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of January 2021 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 11, COUNTRYSIDE KEY, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE 61 AND 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
