NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel the January 07, 2021 Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-003494-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR HOLDERS OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES is Plaintiff and WILLIAM J and LYNN FUREY, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, CRYSTAL J. KINZEL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on Januarty 14, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in COLLIER County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT E-101, WOODMERE LAKE CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORDS IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1186, PAGES 789 THROUGH 845, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
