NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 7, 2020 in Civil Case No. 11-2017-CA-000626-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and AMY R. WOLFE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of January, 2021 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 6, Township 49 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida; thence run North 01 degree 13 minutes 32 seconds West, 1320.00 feet; thence North 87 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds East, 2970.63 feet, Point of Beginning; thence North 01 degree 12 minutes 50 seconds West, 660 feet; thence North 87 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds East, 165.03 feet; thence South 01 degree 12 minutes 50 seconds East, 80 feet; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 10 seconds East, 5.0 feet; thence South 01 degree 12 minutes 50 seconds East, 200.0 feet; thence South 88 degrees 47 minutes 10 seconds West for 22.9 feet; thence South 01 degree 12 minutes 50 seconds East, 380.2 feet; thence South 87 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds West, 147.14 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to the right-of-way for Daniels Road along the North line of the property, not to exceed a 30 foot width.
