NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-007293 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-C, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and TERRY L. RIDDLE A/K/A TERRY LEE RIDDLE; ANGELA FAYE THACKER F/K/A ANGELA FAYE RIDDLE A/K/A ANGELA F. RIDDLE A/K/A ANGELA RIDDLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERRY L. RIDDLE A/K/A TERRY LEE RIDDLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA FAYE THACKER F/K/A ANGELA FAYE RIDDLE A/K/A ANGELA F. RIDDLE A/K/A ANGELA RIDDLE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
