NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2020, and entered in 2018CA002596CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and HELEN E. PENNINGTON A/K/A HELEN RODRIGUEZ MAUST A/K/A HELEN RODRIGUEZ-MAUST A/K/A HELEN E. RODRIGUEZ MAUST; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC.; MICROF LLC; and FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY DBA FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY A CORPORATION are the Defendant(s).
