NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2020, and entered in 2017CA002931AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QS10 is the Plaintiff and JAMES J. SEBASTIANO A/K/A JAMES SEBASTIANO A/K/A J. SEBASTIANO; JOANNE M. SEBASTIANO; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC(F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORKS,INC.) are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 20, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
