Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 22 day of December, 2020, and entered in case No. 20-CC-002724 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SANTA LUZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, TRAVIS L. ANDERSON and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRAVIS L. ANDERSON are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of January, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 201, Building 2, SANTA LUZ, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2011000102077, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
