Final Judgment was awarded on December 18, 2020 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-001089, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2017-FRE1, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF THOMAS MAGEE (DECEASED); UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH H.
