NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-CA-007771 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GERRITT P. JANSSEN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 10, 1991, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 21 day of January, 2021, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 2, BUILDING 15456, ADMIRALTY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM NO. II, PART I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2053, PAGES 2517, ET SEQ. AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 92 - 101, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
