NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 20-CA-000205 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERT EARL WILSON, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 21 day of January, 2021, the following described property:
LOT 199 OF PARCEL D1 OF CASCADE AT ESTERO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 54 THROGH 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
