MARVIN FEINBERG (DECEASED) AND GRACE FEINBERG (DECEASED), HUSBAND AND WIFE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST, THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE KNOWN TO BE DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2020 CA 000424 NC on January 4, 2021, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
UNIT B-222, GLEN OAKS GARDEN APARTMENTS, Section III, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1407, Page 774 thru 796 and as amended and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 15, Page 27 thru 27E, and as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on February 8, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
