Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2020 CA 000244 NC on January 4, 2021, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 7050, Tallywood, Phase 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1368 page 613 through 672, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 14, Pages 13 through 13E, as amended in Condominium Book 15, Pages 43 through 43E, Condominium Book 19, Pages 26 through 26E, and Condominium Book 20, Pages 44 through 44E, all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, less that portion taken by Sarasota County, a Political subdivision of the State of Florida for road right-of-way as recorded in Official Records Book 1975, Page 2324, of Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on February 8, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
