NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003770 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-2, Plaintiff and Kathy S. Payne are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 27, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 53, BLOCK 24, SOUTH POINTE, PHASE 9, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
