NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 03, 2020, and entered in 19-002115-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RODNEY WAYNE JENKINS; JOANN SANDRA MAROLDA; and SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 20, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 2, BUILDING 2, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., PHASE I, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4081, PAGES 1235 THROUGH 1297, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 60 THROUGH 67, RE-RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 114 THROUGH 116, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
