NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2019, and further Amended on June 17, 2020 entered in 08-CA-006776 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-C, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and BRENDA IPPOLITO; GARY IPPOLITO; and 1-800-EAST-WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 25, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
