Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on December 23, 2020, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of Lee County will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:

Lot 23, Block 4, WATERWAY ESTATES OF FORT MYERS, UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 63, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida,
the street address of which is 4327 Harbour Lane, North Fort Myers, Florida 33903.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set for the hereinafter, on January 27, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, at the website of www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
