NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 17-005572-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-QS14 is the Plaintiff and John C. Buell a/k/a John Buell; Theresa M. Buell; Citibank, NA are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of January, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 95, COACHMAN RIDGE-TRACT A-I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGES 62 THROUGH 64 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
