IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for reformation of deeds and to quiet title on property in and to the following real property situated in Lee County, Florida:
From the point of intersection of the center line of San Carlos Boulevard as shown on the plat of San Carlos On-the-Gulf recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 6 of the public records of Lee County, Florida, with the center line of a County Road conveyed by deed recorded in Deed Book 137 at page 117 of said public records runs southeasterly along the center line of said County Road for 1322.11 feet, thence deflect 104°43'00” to the left and run northerly (along the east line of Lot 7, as originally located by Harry K. Davison surveyor for said San Carlos Corp.) for 875.85 feet to the point of beginning of the lands hereby conveyed. From said point of beginning continue north on the same course along said east line for 50 feet; thence run west perpendicular to said east line for 120 feet to the waters of a boat canal; thence run southeasterly along said waters to an intersection with a line perpendicular to said east line passing through the point of beginning; thence run northeasterly along said perpendicular line for 120 feet to the point of beginning; SUBJECT to the right-of-way of a public road over and across the east 20 feet thereof. Being Lot 9, Willis' Addition to San Carlos; SUBJECT to an easement for drainage purposes over and across the North 5 feet of said Lot 9.
ALSO, TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress to and from such property as set forth in Deed recorded in O.R. Book 115, page 14, public records of Lee County, Florida. ALSO TOGETHER with an easement for use of the canal for fishing, boating and bathing as described in said deed; and FURTHER SUBJECT to those certain restrictions as to use and occupancy as set forth in said deed.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Charles F. Johnson, Esquire, Blalock Walters, P.A., 802 11th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before February 8, 2021 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
