NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 30, 2020, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-006624 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Compu-Link Corporation of MI, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Selma C. Gaby, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Nora Chiet, Michael Gaby, Joyce Schofield a/k/a Joyce W. Schofield, Alan Weinstein, Stuart Weinstein, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 28, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, LESS THE WEST 29 FEET THEREOF AND THE WEST 43 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK 13, JUNGLE TERRACE SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
