NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County, Florida, on the 4th day of September A.D., 2020, in the cause wherein, Shannon Lenahan, was Defendant/Counter Plaintiff(s) and Timothy Lenahan, was Plaintiff/Counter Defendant(s), being Case No 2016-008560 CA 01 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named Plaintiff/Counter Defendant(s), Timothy Lenahan aka Timothy Lawrence Lenahan, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
