BLOUNT'S ADDITION, PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 5, LEE COUNTY RECORDS AND RUN N 89 DEGREES 19'13” E ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF BLOUNT STREET (25 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE) FOR 109.02 FEET; THENCE RUN 00 DEGREES 46'39” W ALONG THE WEST LINE OF VELASCO STREET (35 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE) FOR 84.78 FEET; THENCE RUN S 89 DEGREES 19'52” W FOR 109.28 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 20; THENCE RUN S 00 DEGREES 57'15” E ALONG SAID EAST LINE FOR 84.80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEARINGS HEREINABOVE ARE BASED ON THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 18 TO BEAR N 00 DEGREES 55'06” W.
