NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2020, and entered in 2018CA003264CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and (1) UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS AND TRUSTEES OF RICHARD L. MCRAE A/K/A RICHARD MCRAE, DECEASED; (2) NANCY MARSON, AS KNOWN HEIR OF RICHARD L. MCRAE A/K/A RICHARD MCRAE, DECEASED; (3) LINDA FROM, AS KNOWN HEIR OF RICHARD L. MCRAE A/K/A RICHARD MCRAE, DECEASED; (4) DARLENE LEAVITT, AS KNOWN HEIR OF RICHARD L. MCRAE A/K/A RICHARD MCRAE, DECEASED; (5) ALLEN MCRAE, AS KNOWN HEIR OF RICHARD L. MCRAE A/K/A RICHARD MCRAE, DECEASED; (6) WALNUT GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; (7) ISPC A/K/A INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY; (8) UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY MARSON N/K/A STEVEN MARSON; (9) UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA FROM N/K/A LAMAR FROM; and (10) UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLEN MCRAE are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on February 1, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
