Final Judgment was awarded on December 14, 2020 in Civil Case No. 2018CA003663000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A is the Plaintiff, and ALVINA VAN GORDER A/K/A ALVINA C VAN GORDER; UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALVINA C. VAN GORDER A/K/A ALVINA VAN GORDER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALVINA VAN GORDER A/K/A ALVINA C. VAN GORDER; JOHN VAN GORDER; POLK COUNTY; CITY OF AUBURNDALE; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY INTERNAL REVENUE SERVI; JOHN VAN GORDER, JR.; BOBB ANN VAN GORDER A/K/A BOBBI ANN GORDER; JAMES ROBERT VAN GORDER; TONI LEE VAN GORDER A/K/A TONI LEE BEDDIE; LARRY VAN GORDER; RON RUBINO A/K/A ROB RUBINO; KRISTINE L. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on January 28, 2021 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 13, BLOCK 16 OF AUBURNDALE HEIGHTS AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 13, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
