Final Judgment was awarded on August 14, 2020 in Civil Case No. 2017CA002402CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC1 is the Plaintiff, and ANNISSA I. MOORE A/K/A ANNISSA MOORE; BRIAN J. MOORE A/K/A BRIAN MOORE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR NEW CENT; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JAMES CLAREEN; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A BRIANNA MOORE; LAKESIDE WOODLANDS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com on February 9, 2021 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, LAKESIDE WOODLANDS SECTION I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16 AT PAGES 92 AND 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
