NOTICE is hereby given that Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will on February 9, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.polk.realforeclose .com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Polk County, Florida, to wit:
The East 100 feet of the West 767 feet of the North 185 feet of the South 455 feet of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 32, Township 27 South, Range 23 East, Polk County, Florida.
Together with a certain 1994 Fleetwood MH 14x65 Serial Number 07A28329W.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
