NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien recorded December 7, 2017, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2017150039 as corrected by that Corrective Claim of Lien dated October 30, 2020 recorded on November 16, 2020 in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida as Instrument #2020160863, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at CALINI BEACH CLUB RESORT Manager's Office, 1030 Seaside Drive, Sarasota, FL 34242 on the 4th day of FEBRUARY, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit Number and Week Number as set forth below in CALINI BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1537, Page 1710, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements thereto.
