NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated January 4, 2021, in the above-styled cause, and in accordance with Administrative Order 3-15.13, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on March 5, 2021 the following described property:
State of Florida Quota Alcoholic Beverage License #BEV 62-03509, series 4COP for use in Pinellas County, Florida
If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to the funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
