NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-002877-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein IMPERIAL COURT CONDOMINIUM
APARTMENTS I ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF OSCAR TORRES; TRACY MCCLAIN TORRES AS GUARDIAN OF MINOR CHILD MIA TORRES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of February, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lessee's interest in that certain Lease by and between Imperial Homes Corporation, a Florida corporation, as Lessor and Imperial Land Corporation, as Lessee, dated October 30, 1967, recorded October 30, 1967 at Official Records Book 2704, Page 451 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium parcel composed of Unit Number 2-C and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Imperial Court Condominium Apartments land exhibits, all as recorded in Official Records Book 2702, Page 440, as amended and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 46 through 50, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
