Baker, deceased, A. Frances Morris, CACH, LLC, Hollis Andrew Baker a/k/a Hollis A. Baker, as an Heir of the Estate of Edith M. Armstead a/k/a Edith Marie Armstead a/k/a Edith Plowman Armstead, deceased, Superior Property Services, Inc., The City of St. Petersburg, Florida, Unknown Party #1 nka Teddy Perkins, Jr., Wallace T. W. Morris, Zhukovskyi USA LLC, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the February 11, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
