NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 29, 2020, and entered in Case No. 15-006131-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Marie E. Baker, deceased, A. Frances Morris, CACH, LLC, Hollis Andrew Baker a/k/a Hollis A. Baker, as an Heir of the Estate of Edith M. Armstead a/k/a Edith Marie Armstead a/k/a Edith Plowman Armstead, deceased, Superior Property Services, Inc., The City of St. Petersburg, Florida, Unknown Party #1 nka Teddy Perkins, Jr., Wallace T. W. Morris, Zhukovskyi USA LLC, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the February 11, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
