NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-001215-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RISE FUNDING, LLC is Plaintiff, and LIGIA INES ACOSTA A/K/A LIGIA I. ACOSTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LIGIA INES ACOSTA A/K/A LIGIA I. ACOSTA; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II; AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS are Defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to begin at 10:00 a.m., on January 28, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6108 OF PHASE I, INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5428, PAGE(S) 1364, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
