Unit No. 1412 of Building 14, THE ENCLAVE AT ST PETERSBURG, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 14824, Page 593, of te Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is KAYE BENDER REMBAUM, P.L., 1200 Park Central Boulevard South, Pompano Beach, Florida 33064, on or before, a date which is within (30) days after the first publication in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
