Unit 247, Harbor Cay, a condominium according to the Condominium Declaration thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in O.R. Book 956, pages 63 to 117 and as amended in O.R. Book 975, page 201, O.R. Book 1002, page 832, O.R. Book 1016, page 132, O.R. Book 1093, page 1727 and O.R. Book 1211, page 21 and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plate Book 3, page 137 all in the public records of Lee County, Florida. Together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium.
