NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-003580-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For GSAA Home Equity Trust 2005-6, Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2005-6 is the Plaintiff and Bridget La Point a/k/a Bridget LaPoint; Locations of Pinellas, Inc.; The Happy Fiddler Association, Inc.; Ambler Law Group f/k/a Law Offices of Kevin C. Ambler, P.A.; City of Madeira Beach, Florida; Palisades Collection LLC, Assignee of AT&T Small Business Loan Source, LLC; Tierra Verde Community Association, Inc.; Joseph Erickson are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of February, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 213, THE HAPPY FIDDLER, A CONDOMINIUM, AS SAME AS DESCRIBED AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 35 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, ALL DOCUMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4041, PAGES 622 THROUGH 664, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4061, PAGE 1962, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
