That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 31, B-36 Bldg., together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT FORTY-TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, Page 104, and in Official Records Book 4583, Pages 2120 through 2147, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M. on February 1, 2021, in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
