NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000713-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. VRMTG ASSET TRUST (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHERYLE W. POPRILO; ROCK SPRINGS RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JUDGE T. PHILLIPS, III, AS TRUSTEE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE POPRILO LAND TRUST, are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15TH day of February, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 732, ROCK SPRINGS RIDGE PHASE IV-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
