NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019CA002442CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Maria Gabriella Pitelis, as successor trustee of the Peter Markoulakis a/k/a Pantelis Markoulakis trust dated May 4, 2004 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on February 16, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT(S) 2417, OF BEACON SQUARE, UNIT 21A, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 121, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
