NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2019 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 13, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 2018-CA-004897-NC (A) of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-43CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-43CB, Plaintiff, and CHARLES BOLLERMAN; HELEN BOLLERMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A KIRSTIN BOLLERMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A KATHERINE SCHMIDT, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 18th day of February, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2431, OF 49TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
