Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2020, in Case No. 2020-CA-
007020, of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which WATERLEAF OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and NICHOLE M. SUTPHEN; VICTOR SUTHPEN, III; and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on February 15, 2021, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 33, Block 17, WATERLEAF PHASE 4B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 128, Pages 279 through 283, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
