NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on October 13, 2020, and is now pending as case number 2020-CC-065764 in the County Court in the State of Florida, County of Hillsborough.

and the nature of the proceeding is a Residential Past Due Rent $1 - $15,000 or less.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer publication.
